Meet Your Chef

With over 10 years of experience, I have honed my culinary skills on yachts in the Caribbean, and since 2017, I have been living in Sao Miguel, Azores.

My goal is to combine my knowledge and experience from around the world with the fresh, local ingredients of the Azores. I take great pride in my attention to detail and creating unique flavor combinations for my guests.
